All services are performed by skilled and certified nail technicians to ensure a refined and consistent experience.
Service prices may vary based on nail length, complexity of nail art, and any additional enhancements selected.
Combo rates are applicable only when both services are completed together on the same visit. If one service is changed or downgraded (e.g., gel to regular polish), individual pricing will apply.
For very short, fragile, or compromised nails, certain services may not be feasible. Our team will guide you toward the most suitable alternative.
We uphold international-standard hygiene protocols — fresh files, thoroughly sanitized tools, and single-use disposables for every client.
Please inform your technician of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service so we can tailor the experience accordingly.
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to address any genuine concerns with a complimentary fix within the warranty period.
Warranty: Warranty is valid only when proper aftercare is followed and damage is not due to external impact or negligence.
Gel Polish: 3-day warranty for chipping or peeling.
Extensions: 5-day warranty for lifting or breakage.
Walk-ins are welcome; however, appointments are recommended to ensure availability and a seamless visit.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may experience a delay or may be rescheduled to maintain service quality for all clients.
Prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Children’s Nail Polish: Gel polish for children is not recommended, and extension services are strictly not provided for minors.
